A $200 non-refundable CAD design fee begins the design process and is applied toward the final cost of your ring. Your CAD includes 3 revisions and 1 redesign, with additional revisions available for $50 each. CAD designs typically take 7–10 business days.

Once your final CAD is approved, a 50% deposit secures your ring and begins production. Custom rings typically take 5–8 weeks following final CAD approval.

Once your ring is complete, we’ll send detailed videos of the finished piece for approval. The remaining balance is then collected, and your ring is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped to you.

Once your final CAD is approved and production begins, the design is considered final. Changes requested after this point may not be possible and, when possible, may require additional fees or a new production timeline.

Once your order is placed, we review all selected specifications and begin preparing your piece for production. Because our jewelry is made to order, your piece is created specifically for you. If any additional information or confirmation is needed, we’ll contact you before moving forward.

Most made-to-order and custom pieces require approximately 5–8 weeks for production. For custom designs, this timeline begins after final CAD approval. Production timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and any special design requirements.

We offer fine jewelry in a selection of precious metals, including 14k and 18k gold. Both are excellent options for everyday jewelry. 14k gold contains a higher percentage of alloyed metals, making it slightly more durable, while 18k gold contains more pure gold and typically has a richer gold appearance. The best option depends on your preferred look, lifestyle, and budget.

It depends on the design of your engagement ring. Some settings are designed to allow a wedding band to sit completely flush, while others may create a small space between the two rings. If a flush fit is important to you, let us know during the design process so it can be considered when creating your ring.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped securely with insurance coverage during transit. Once your piece is ready to ship, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

No. Because our jewelry is made to order and custom pieces are created specifically for each client, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. We encourage you to carefully review all design details, sizing, stone selections, and specifications before approving your order or custom design.

Gemzora includes a 1-year center stone warranty and a 1-year setting warranty.

Our center stone warranty covers unexpected chipping, cracking, or structural damage that occurs under normal wear. Our setting warranty covers qualifying manufacturing issues and repairs related to normal wear, including prong tightening or lifting and minor structural repairs.

The warranty does not cover lost stones, theft, accidental loss, cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, accidental impact, excessive force, improper care, or damage caused by activities that place unnecessary stress on the jewelry.

Any repairs, resizing, or maintenance performed by another jeweler will void the warranty. Clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty repairs unless otherwise agreed.

Because unforeseen accidents can happen, we strongly recommend obtaining separate jewelry insurance for additional protection.
