What does your warranty cover?

1-Year Center Stone Warranty

Your center stone is meant to last a lifetime, and issues are extremely uncommon. However, we offer a 1-year center stone warranty in the event of unexpected damage under normal wear. If your center stone chips, cracks, or experiences structural damage within one year of delivery, we will replace the stone at no cost.

1-Year Setting Warranty

We also offer a 1-year warranty on the ring setting itself. This covers repairs related to normal wear and manufacturing issues, including:

  • Prong tightening or lifting
  • Minor structural repairs caused by everyday wear

Important Warranty Information

While our rings are designed for everyday wear, fine jewelry still requires proper care and maintenance. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by excessive force, accidental impact, improper care, or activities that place unnecessary stress on the ring, including workouts, manual labor, repeated glove use, or forceful contact with hard surfaces.

Examples of situations outside normal wear include dropping the ring onto a hard surface from a significant height, bending or twisting the ring out of shape, snagging the setting with force, or impact severe enough to compromise the structure of the ring. Lost center stones, theft, accidental loss, cosmetic wear, scratches, and dents are also not included under warranty coverage. Because unforeseen accidents can happen, we highly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance for additional protection.

Warranty Eligibility

To maintain warranty eligibility:

  • Any repairs, resizing, or maintenance from other jewelers will void the warranty
  • Repair needs should be addressed promptly to prevent further damage
  • Rings should remain within recommended sizing and structural guidelines
  • Delicate or high-risk design elements acknowledged prior to purchase may have limited to no coverage

Approved designs are considered final once production begins. Design changes or preferences communicated after approval are not covered under warranty.

Clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty repairs unless otherwise stated.

How long does production take?

Each ring is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Production timelines typically range from 5-8 weeks. Once your order is placed, production begins after all details are confirmed. If you need your ring by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to discuss rush availability.

Can I customize my ring?

Yes. You can personalize your ring by selecting your preferred setting, metal color, stone shape, and diamond size depending on the design. We offer both Signature Designs, where you choose from our curated settings and diamonds, and fully custom projects created from scratch based on your vision and inspiration photos.

What materials do you use?

Our rings are crafted using solid 14k gold, 18k gold, or platinum. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, and many center stones include certification from reputable gemological laboratories. We focus on quality craftsmanship, durable construction, and carefully selected materials designed for everyday wear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payment through Zelle, which is our preferred payment method and does not include any additional processing fees. We also offer secure payment links for credit or debit card purchases; however, payments made through a payment link incur a 3.5% transaction fee to cover processing costs. Payment details and instructions will be provided during the ordering process.

Do you offer insured shipping?

Yes. All orders are fully insured during transit for the full value of the ring. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided.

What is your return policy?

Because each ring is made to order, pieces are considered final sale. Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help find the best solution.
